Payment In Full In Advance Only
No food or drinks will be permitted in the Council Chambers.
After receiving registration and payment, hybrid registrants will receive a video link on the morning of the training.
Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellation requests for training refunds of registration payment must be received on or before noon on Friday, August 23rd. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted or requests of credit to membership accounts may be made by contacting the Treasurer at treasurer@cela1.org by noon on Monday, August 26, 2024.

Additionally, the courses emphasize customer service skills crucial for successful inspections. Learn how to handle difficult situations, gain consent for property access, and communicate effectively with clients. These courses will assist the attendees to develop a comprehensive approach to inspections that combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
