8am – 4:30pm

7 CEU’s

Presented by: Ed Nicholls Jr

Legendary Leadership: From the Ground Up

The Legendary Leadership Academy class is dedicated to the principle that leadership is not a destination at which you arrive, but a life-long journey that each of us travel during our lives. Code enforcement staff members use leadership every day and this class will allow you to build on your existing leadership knowledge and skillset.

Whether you choose it or not, leadership finds us as we interact with other human beings. It is in those interactions that you influence the behaviors of the people you meet. You not only have the opportunity, but the responsibility, to inspire greatness in others. Code enforcement staff, officers, seniors, supervisors, and managers will all benefit from this outstanding training opportunity!

The Legendary Leadership Academy introduces attendees to the essential qualities of great leadership. We then connect specific leadership qualities with well-known leaders from the past, who exemplified that quality in their leadership journeys. The program will teach you how to study and practice these qualities along your journey and help you improve your leadership skills at home and work, and with family and friends, and coworkers.

Each of these fifteen essential qualities will provide a comprehensive, yet concise look at the requirements great leaders need to build a legendary leadership résumé in their lives. You will be encouraged to build a team of role models in your own life that will become your personal board of directors, guiding, and advising you through your leadership challenges.

The Legendary Leadership Academy creates a blueprint for leading a life of greatness. Ed will introduce you to great leadership ideas, share motivational videos, quotes, and activities that will allow you to become better equipped to lead in your personal and professional life.

“Leadership is not a destination, it’s a journey that you are on for your life.”
