Housing Inspections 101 with 
Virtual Walk-Thru Photo Inspection

Class Description: This course will provide the attendees with an overview of the creation and implementation of a rental
inspection program within their jurisdiction and how to conduct housing inspections. Referencing the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code the instructor will cover the basics of how to create an inspection program, how to interpret and enforce code requirements, and walk through the inspection process using photos of actual violations. The attendees will interact with the presentation and the instructor by identifying code violations and applying the correct code section from the IPMC.
