Cancellation Policy:
A $5.00 administration fee will be subtracted from all training refunds of registration payment for written cancellation requests received on or before 12:00 pm on Monday, June 9, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions or credits to your membership account will be accepted by contacting the Treasurer at treasurer@cela1.org by Monday, June 16, 2025. Please contact ICC for refunds regarding testing.

ACEA is offering a class to prepare those who are interested in taking the International Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector ExamThe class will be held in the AM and a prepaid proctored exam in the PM.

2021 International Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector Code Crash Course (.3 CEUs)
Presented by Tana Bryant, AACE Education Director
Tana Bryant will get ready to sprint through the chapters of the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). Learn to quickly navigate the IPMC in a fast paced format. Particular attention will be placed on Chapter One (Scope and Administration) and Chapter Three (General Requirements).

CERTIFICATION TESTING EXAMS AVAILABLE:
Certification testing for the International Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector will be available after the conclusion of the class, scheduled for 1:00pm. If interested, please review the links below for information. Testing may be completed using the 2021 code books.
Participants will be required to bring their own books and device to take the exam. Exam guidelines and minimum requirement device check may be accessed by the following link:
ICC-What to Know Before Taking the Exam
Fill out the appropriate ICC application, email it to byod@iccsafe.org. ICC will be collecting the exam fees ($309) by credit card via phone, after the application is reviewed.
Deadline to register/pay for the exam is June 13, 2025.
