Code Enforcement League of Arizona (CELA)
CELA is a 501-(c)-3 non-profit corporation established to study and advance the science and practice of code enforcement through training and education leading to national certification, to further the interests of the profession and to promote fellowship and understanding among its members.
CELA is a subsidiary of the American
Association of Code Enforcement (AACE). It was incorporated in
1996 by representatives from 17 jurisdictions and has since grown to an
organization of over 250 members representing 40-plus cities and counties
within the State of Arizona. While looking through our website, if you
have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate
to contact any of the CELA Board members. Again, welcome to our website.
